There are some great people with amazing work ethics.

Very paternalistic approach to management. I always felt I was being talked down to as if I was a little kid and dad knew best. They have an entrance where you are forced to walk by the executive managment's expensive cars while they pay under the industry norm. It was belittling being lectured in all company meetings by the same management that were responsible for putting the company in such dire straights. They will take as much time from as you allow them to since workload is often very unrealistic. They expect you to sacrifice like others do. If that is what you find rewarding, it is a good fit. For me, it felt slightly abusive.
