Some great folks, very 'be you' atmosphere.

Cons

BDA has some great folks working in their departments. But the lack of transparency, and the grief that one receives if a 'secret' is shared, along with the horrid work/life balance, gives this company a serious "turn and burn" feel. Lots of rumors, lots of backbiting (that seems to start with the managers, sadly enough) - I'm not quite sure how the company manages to keep moving forward.

Pros

Competitive salary. Frontline staff are kind, helpful individuals, who want to see their peers succeed. Training program reasonable prepares new employees for basic functions of position.

Cons

High turnover. Within three months of my employment, I saw multiple employees resign from nearly every department I was in contact with. Management does not encourage development in new employees, and places unreasonable workloads on tenured ones. Tense work environment. Harmful internal politics.

People were overall nice and respectful. Free parking. Small in house gym. Front desk workers were some of the kindest people I've ever met

Cons

extremely meeting heavy - meeting about meetings on same topic. gossip-heavy culture that starts with top leadership and unfortunately filters down among employees high turn over because everyone seems extremely overworked without the proper support
