Pros
I just hope people are able to see through the intentions of a few who clearly have an ax to grind. I worked at BDA for 6 years and enjoyed every minute -- and during that time it was voted one of PSBJ's Best Places to Work 5 of those years. The company is creative, dynamic, young, energetic, hardworking and lead by owners who care about their employees and their employee's families. In fact, while I was there I was diagnosed with a serious disease and the amount of compassion and support I received from not just my friends at work but the entire organization (from HR staff and personally from the two owners) was unmatched and extraordinary. Finally, the client roster is unmatched in any agency I've ever encountered during my career (either directly or indirectly). I would recommend this company to my very best friends and while personal decision required my departure, I would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons
There is a culture of "Meetings" which can be consuming, but with the nature and complexity of the business they do I guess they are necessary.
