Pros

Beer Fridays. Majority of employees are welcoming and friendly. Friendly executives, who get to know you on a personal level. Comprehensive training for full-time employees. Casual atmosphere.

Cons

Lack of transparency on attainability of sales-related bonuses - HR. Due to the number of accounts per sales associate/coordinator, efforts are stretched too thin in order to meet your sales initiatives (in order to bonus) per account, per quarter. Too heavy/spread-out workload for all sales associates/coordinators to really dive deep into each account and be successful, feel accomplished and feel appreciated.

Pros

This is a creative group of individuals working with some of the most popular brands. There are huge opportunities for personal growth as they are always promoting from within. The dress code is casual and the people are fun.

Cons

The work is very deadline/event driven so sometimes it can get a little crazy. Personally, I like crazy so I don't see this as a con, but some people might.

Good for learning management skills; poor for recognition

Pros

Fun culture, really nice, smart, and hard-working individuals. If you want to become a manager/leader, they will provide training and opportunities for growth.

Cons

Jay Deutsch makes changes just to make changes sometimes...just because he can...at a hard cost to employees. If you don't work in sales, don't count on much recognition. Recognition goes to those in sales or those who've been with the company 10+ years. You will work and work and then work some more! Leave your idea of a good quality of life at the door when you enter here. Your co-workers will become your friends (that can be a good thing, though), and you'll find little time for anything other than BDA.
