      Met some good friends here.

      Cons

      Management makes random decisions without checking with the employees who actually do the work to see if the decision is viable for the employees.

      Great work environment. Employees in my dept. were all pretty close outside of work as well.

      Management can feel much better than employees 'below' them.

      Pros

      Everyone that works here is extremely social, outgoing, and driven. I have been here for almost a full year now and I haven't had one bad experience. There are lots of "extracurricular" activities outside of work that bring the team closer together.

      Cons

      Things change a lot, so if you can't adapt at the same right the company can it could be a challenge!
