- Entreprenurial setting and spirit - Some really talented colleagues to work with - Good benefits and perks - Lots of fun events

Cons

- Focus is too much on pushing the envelope vs using proven business tactics - Those in top leadership positions have only ever worked at this company and often do not utilize standard practices when needed - Largely entry-level compensation and talent/age bracket leads to a difficult environment for adults/parents during company events where alcohol is served
