Pros

A great place to learn what poor leadership looks like. If you want people to trust you and follow you to the ends of the earth, watch how these people behave and then just do the opposite.

Cons

Low pay, promises of higher pay that will go unrealized, intimidation, expected to work uncompensated overtime, company "fundraisers" where the staff is coerced into making cash "donations" to a charity that the company then makes in their own name taking the tax deduction for themselves. One can safely assume that any positive remarks about bd&a written on this website were probably written by current HR staff in a desperate effort to improve their shabby reputation. A totally soul crushing place to work.

Pros

Great people with so much passion and creativity. Cool industry working with the most famous client brands. Great office environment. Leadership that is steering the giant ship in the RIGHT DIRECTION! Yeah I said it! It is moving in the right direction and all of us that have stuck it out the past couple years should be proud of the work that we have put in to make BDA what it is today.

Cons

Pay is still an issue. The only teams that seem to be paid reasonably for their work are the Account Managers and executives. The rest of the team is clearly underpaid for the work they do. Medical insurance is good if you are just supporting yourself however add the family to your medical and it's completely unaffordable.

Pros

Creative merchandise agency that has connections across multiple business platforms including pro sports, gaming industry, pharmaceutical and more. Employees are genuinely good, hardworking people. If you are strong at sales, you will realize great rewards. If you are part of the inner circle, you will realize even greater rewards.

Cons

Growth of the company is limited by the controlling leadership style of the owners. Senior management is manipulative and toxic, and lead by intimidation. Compensation is predominantly salary based plus bonus, but the bonus is always in the employers favor, not the employee.
