Pros
This could be a very fun company to work for, especially if you have a good manager and you work in any department other than the Call Center. The owners are in the office most everyday, they like to have fun, work hard and they love to PARTY! Beer Fridays, happen often, I don't drink beer but I thing it was pretty neat that we were able to have beer on occasion while at work. The parties are off the hook awesome, especially the Holiday party and Holloween. The Holiday party is first-class and one you'll want to attend, plan to stay in the city for the night to make the most of the experience if you are not able to stay in the city they will pay for a cab to get you all the way back home safely, if need be. The company has many sample sales, which rock! You can pretty much buy Presents for your entire family for $20.
The benefits are great and overall the company has some very sharp people working for them. Working under good management, it is a good place to work.
Cons
The pay could be higher. Call Center does not get to attend the company meetings so it makes you feel left out at this level any other level, it would be fine. The company parties are for hired on full-time employees only. It seems that people on salary do put in a lot of hours but so long as your working under management that inspires you to do so, I suppose that can be a good thing.
