      Goodies.. and giveaways. Summer Fridays and Treat Tuesday

      Cons

      HR team especially the CHRO and Director need to change for the better. Communication is very poor and it's all a bunch of promises that are never delivered. All other departments work hard to get earnings and never appreciated. Employees are belittled and compensation is poorly managed
