Rarely becomes a difficult job. Just chill. No quotas. Foreigner bosses. Weekends off, guaranteed. With 2-day WFH every week.

Cons

Just fight the boredom and take online courses/e-learnings instead to do something else when you finish your work ahead of your schedules.
