Pros
The schedule is good (M-F) with occasional overtime and few Saturdays. It's a paycheck.
Cons
The company is poorly run. They run off good employees and refuse to address the bad ones. Little opportunity for advancement unless you are in with current management. If you are good at your job they won't promote you. HR is not employee friendly. The attitude is: if you don't like it, you can leave. Engagement to change is seen as being disgruntled.
