As the company currently stands, no pros

Cons

The company claims the employees are "Family" but all they care about is outsourcing jobs to save some money. The only "family" this company cares about is green. The owner wants the employees in office 4 days a week to collaborate in person, the irony, he moved so many jobs oversees even in office all meetings are over teams anyways. HR is also a joke. Expect to be underpaid and over worked. If you are a good employee they will throw so much at you until you burn out or they fire you.

Some colleagues are supportive and the work can be interesting.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. They’re now combining two roles into one and outsourcing them overseas so they won’t have to pay them a reasonable wage. The workload is unmanageable for many and on top of that you have to deal with passive aggressive leadership. We’re now expected to go into the office 4 days a week as if this position wasn’t advertised as remote.
