      Pros

      Some great folks, very 'be you' atmosphere.

      Cons

      BDA has some great folks working in their departments. But the lack of transparency, and the grief that one receives if a 'secret' is shared, along with the horrid work/life balance, gives this company a serious "turn and burn" feel. Lots of rumors, lots of backbiting (that seems to start with the managers, sadly enough) - I'm not quite sure how the company manages to keep moving forward.

      Pros

      Prepared me for company politics. My staff was dedicated and solution focused. Overall, not a "feel good" position to foster team development when the upper management team was focused on short term goals. HR department lacked an honest interest in real employee issues.

      Cons

      Unless your on the good old boy list, you can be assured that promises of development and career advancement are fictitious.
