      Pros

      The people there are pretty good, the company throws some great parties and it's a pretty good company who is still young at heart.

      Cons

      Management can be very deceptive and not exactly give you accolades. The mentality of, if you did a good job then congrats you did your job. When you screw up, they will make sure you are aware of it and will not be shy to make you feel terrible for it.

      Management makes random decisions without checking with the employees who actually do the work to see if the decision is viable for the employees.
