      Pros

      I see BDA as a great place for someone starting out in the work force, because you'll learn a lot about business, marketing, and having a good work ethic (aka, you need to be able to put your nose to the grindstone to make it here). They promote from within a lot, and they truly do strive to make their employees happy. It's also, simply put, a fun place to work.

      Cons

      It's not all fun and games: work-life balance can get out of control as employees are expected to put the job above everything else. Company organization and processes are changing all the time, which gets tiring. While there are fun little perks, salaries and benefits are sub-par.

      Pros

      People. Hard workers who truly want to do good for their clients. Lots of turnover so opportunity there if you need a temporary pay check.

      Cons

      Upper management......The company produces nothing of worth. BDA at its core is your typical middle-man. Vendors can use others to sell product and clients can use others to get product.
