      They provide an onsite Happy Hour.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems that impede efficiency and results in amateurish presentation styles to the clients. Several managers are not qualified - in some cases, no credentials - for their subject matter. They are in roles that should be earned by professional accomplishments, not just because you've been there 10 years. Not very inclusive of remote offices and corp. communication is lacking. Colleagues compete against each other, as opposed to help build each other up. I witnessed "forwarding" of external e-mail content, that would be edited to cover up individual's mistakes, before the message was seen by management. They call everyone "Tiggers" which is rather juvenile.

Communication, whether positive or negative is important for us to hear, that’s why we conduct our monthly all company video conference across 30+ locations, and record our weekly client services update to create an environment of awareness. As we’ve grown and are spread out across several continents and multiple time zones, personal communication has become harder but it’s something we feel is important to continue to strive for. Tigger is a universal symbol for optimism and positivity. We aren’t trying to commercialize a Disney trademark, we are merely using it as an internal reference point to choose optimism over the alternative. We're sorry things didn’t work out at BDA for you.       Pros

      fast paced friendly coworkers clean

      Cons

      no air conditioning,no raises , promise of advancement that never happens they just try to lead you on so you will say a little longer. my favorite is when they fill you new positions and let you go the next week on what I can only call flimsy reason .They would rather pay unemployment. lastly having no hr people local lets the supervisor do what they want.
