The training here is much better than other companies.
Cons
Workers have an absolutely awful work life balance. You can be paid more at other companies for less work. The work load and turn around times are ridiculous. Also a very negative place to work, don’t let the tigger nonsense fool you. The work isn’t good, the pay isn’t good and the company atmosphere is terrible. Coworkers would constantly bring up being brought to tears. One coworker cried in a meeting. I have been in office while someone is yelling about being set up for failure and how the solution being offered would be “cooking the books”
