They do have some really talented people working for them.

Cons

Unfortunately you are only a number to them. They will bring you in and then not give you a raise, even if you get a great performance appraisal. They don't value the customers they have. Management doesn't see the importance of valuing the relationships. Everyone works in silos.

The culture, the collaboration, the receptiveness to feedback and ideas. Everyone is welcoming and available to help when needed. This is a great place to grow in your career and learn from an amazing group of people from all different backgrounds. From what I see so far this company is very much interested in investing into their people.

Cons

The company is growing so there may be minor growing pains but they have been handling it seamlessly.
