Decent Part Time Job, Not a Good Career Path
Pros
For a part time retail job, this is pretty easy and has some great coworkers
Cons
-Really bad communication -Highly unorganized -Schedule was always last minute (often still had mistakes) -No one told us beforehand that we would have to pay for parking (each driver spent several hundreds on it overall) -They watch security cameras all day and listened to employee conversations -Many were often promised promotions (seemingly to make them do more work) and then no one would get promoted -Everyone is hired through a temp agency and told they will become regular employees, but no one was made one the entire time I worked there -They told us we couldn't discuss pay with each other (which is illegal in WA) and tried to make us believe we'd be in legal trouble if we did. We almost fell for it, which completely ruined any trust I had in the company
