      Pros

      The company seems to have nice people. I've known this Company has been in business for a long time, so I assume they are doing something right somewhere.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE follow up with regards to interview process. I was promised a call back, and an update. It's been 3 weeks, and I've heard nothing from anyone. I assume this is a reflection of how they do business. Very disappointing!!

      Hard working workforce - dedicated to serving clients Small company - get to know everyone's name/role Comfortable working environment - nice exercise room

      Cons

      Lack of a compelling vision for the future - constantly changing priorities No cohesive strategy for achieving a vision - haphazard initiatives which produce "make work" for no return Owners are dysfunctional to each other - and it is apparent to everyone
