7yThank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We take pride in our employees’ work with the company and seeing them grow professionally in our culture is such a win for all of us! BDA is such a fast-paced, creative environment and everyone, from support positions to leadership, is running fast in a relay race to succeed. Sometimes we forget to slow down enough to make sure we are running in the right lane and the rest of the team knows the plan.
With the amazing growth we are seeing it can sometimes be hard to keep up with the demand for new talent to support that growth. But we are improving our recruiting processes to be more effective and efficient in adding more “aprons on the floor”. Also, we want to hear ideas from everyone on the team, especially people on the ground level.
