BDA set an amazing foundation for my career. Amazing co-workers and clients. The work it self is very fun. You will learn how to do the impossible over and over again which will make you bored at your next jobs, but also fearless.

Cons

No clear path for advancement. Very high turn-over. Had 5 different managers in 7 years.

Was a fast paced work environment that allowed for self supervision. I was allowed to make decisions on how to do things as needed.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that working in a warehouse position there was no place for you to grow career wise.
