Pros

This is a creative group of individuals working with some of the most popular brands. There are huge opportunities for personal growth as they are always promoting from within. The dress code is casual and the people are fun.

Cons

The work is very deadline/event driven so sometimes it can get a little crazy. Personally, I like crazy so I don't see this as a con, but some people might.

Pros

Everyone that works here is extremely social, outgoing, and driven. I have been here for almost a full year now and I haven't had one bad experience. There are lots of "extracurricular" activities outside of work that bring the team closer together.

Cons

Things change a lot, so if you can't adapt at the same right the company can it could be a challenge!

My department specifically has great management and is uplifting of each other. Making sure to give credit when it is due and they are supportive. Work is challenging but a great learning experience.

Cons

CEO slowly taking away WFH from the company. Some budget cuts and layoffs
