Great people who don’t realize how poorly managed this company is.

Cons

If you screw up once out of 50 things you’re doing, you’ll get yelled at by about 7 different people. Also they will try to make you fail.

Pros

Friendly, driven, cool people. Met some really amazing folks there. Also the gratification from successful orders is so fulfilling. And receiving samples is also neat. You're constantly challenged everyday. My team was extremely helpful and willing to answer infinite questions.

Cons

Too much stress, incredibly high expectations. I was constantly stressed out before, during and after work. Glorified data entry and customer service.

All that being said, we don’t want our team members to be so stressed out that they don’t want to be here.
