Hi, Thank you for providing this feedback. I’m sorry that you feel BDA’s compensation package is inadequate. On an annual basis, we review and compare our combination of fixed and incentive compensation along with other benefits such as health and paid time off against peer companies of our size and scope. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and competitive benefits package across the board for everybody. In some cases, what’s best for the greatest number of associates may not be best for an individual, we recognize this but we’re also trying to balance all of this for the majority in a responsible way that insures the long-term viability of the company. Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback in relation to growth opportunities at BDA. While we are experiencing tremendous growth as a company and significant headcount growth in certain departments, career path growth is a function of a number of factors including timing, opportunities/openings, and fit. We take great pride in the promotions that our associates achieve/receive and we celebrate them throughout the company. As BDA continues to grow we expect more jobs and different jobs will come available. Each associate at BDA makes an important contribution in their role and we try to insure that our people understand and feel that we recognize and appreciate their efforts.
