      Pros

      They paid me, which was nice.

      Cons

      Management is awful, HR was cliquey and mean. Fun to note too, sort the reviews here by date and watch the ratings trends. Isn't it SO WEIRD that all of these 5 star reviews started popping up after their rating tanked? Hmmm... They're not trying to stack reviews or anything...

      Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that in the past we were remiss in not participating in the conversation. But since early this year as part of a broader communication strategy, we’ve been making a concerted effort to respond to reviews quickly, and people have appreciated that and are more engaged. It’s human nature when we have a less than satisfactory experience, to share that information with friends, family, and colleagues. But most often when we have a satisfactory experience or better, we don’t share information because that’s just what we expect. We apologize that your time at BDA wasn’t satisfactory and think what you’re seeing on Glassdoor with our ratings increasing is more positive participation and people at BDA speaking up that genuinely enjoy their work, clients, and colleagues. People have friends here, they make their livelihoods here, and provide for their families based upon the success of the company. We don’t take those things for granted and neither do our associates. When somebody posts inaccurate information that threatens those things, they, as do we, feel compelled to share our experiences, which are different than yours, and that’s o.k.       Great place to grow!

      Pros

      First and foremost the people here are top notch, a great community of people from all walks of life. I enjoy the people I see on a daily basis. The company sponsors numerous events as well that bring everyone together and are always a good time. Lots of room to move up throughout the company. I Starting at an entry level position and moved up to quickly. If you are willing to put in the work then there is no ceiling to where you can go. Great accounts and a fun industry. Working with the largest companies in the world we do everything from jewel sporting events to our favorite brand names. Getting to help project there image. There is a great opportunity for compensation if you are successful with what you do. Ability to work from home or remote when needed. Being able to work on the road is important and sometimes convenient. Having the option to occasionally work from home is a nice touch. Woodinville is a great place to be out of the city

      Cons

      This job can be very demanding and stressful at times. Dealing with strict deadlines and short timelines can be tough at times. There have been times where work life balance is a bit out of wack. You need to be able to handle stress and sometimes put in long days. There has been quite a bit of turnover on the support staff which has gotten better and support has improved but definitely still something that needs to continue to be improved.

      Operations review

      Pros

      I have been at BDA since January 2018 and came here hoping to find a company that understands, and values, the contributions a performing Supply Chain Operation can have in the success of a company. The leadership team not only understands the value but encourages the team for it's input. They are engaged and have an open mind in hearing new ideas and discussing to better understand. I have not seen this collaboration in a company and have worked for MSFT, SBUX and many other fortune 100 companies. Also, our growth for the next few years looks tremendous!

      Cons

      If you don't fit the culture you will have a hard time so be sue to ask questions while interviewing. The company doesn't like to carry "deadwood" as they are privately owned and clear on their performance metrics as well as how to get there. It is not a large company so knowing your business, its key drivers and improving its performance is expected.This is not for everyone.
