      Pros

      BDA is my chosen family. It is the best place I have worked. BDA inspires me to want to work hard and I am proud to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      The only con I could think of is the health insurance is a little expensive to cover family.

      Hard, thoughtful work which yields results will be rewarded

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunity for upward mobility within the company (especially within the sales org) - Once you have learned the industry and your role well, managers listen and are open to new ideas and feedback that help improve processes - We are a *busybusybusy* company, if you take initiative and are willing to put in the time and hard work, you will be recognized and rewarded - You will learn a huge amount about business, retail, product life cycle, supply chain management, logistics and so more by working here. What you learn here will benefit you throughout the rest of your career. - Lots of opportunity to explore different types of positions with different areas of expertise

      Cons

      - Because the company is growing very quickly, there can be long hours but I believe this is true anywhere, and a growing company is a healthy company - The "team and family" atmosphere isn't for everyone; if you don't like to build good relationships with your team and just want a place where you go in, talk to nobody and leave at the end of the day, this is probably not the place for you - It can be aggravating to see exec management get away with poor work quality which would not be tolerated from others at lower levels; I think this is a major issue that needs to be addressed

      - Valued for a job well done - Flexible working environment, ability to work remotely if needed - Input sought out and listened to - Opportunity for growth - Fast paced, challenging environment - Minimal supervision, ability to make decisions on own

      Cons

      - BDA has had some growing pains during the past year with new acquisitions and new clients - Always room for better communication in any company
