Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly glad to hear that your coworkers and colleagues were a bright spot in your journey—supportive teams can make a big difference, especially during challenging times. At the same time, we recognize and empathize with the frustrations you've shared. Low morale, broken processes, and outdated technology can create real obstacles—not only in daily work, but also in how supported and empowered people feel. The impact of repeated incidents and system downtime is especially concerning, as it affects both employees and the members we serve. Your feedback is important, and we hear how these challenges affected your experience. We're actively working toward more sustainable solutions in our infrastructure and internal processes. Thank you again for your candor—it helps us move toward meaningful improvement.

Pros

5 stars.. Great place and people to work with. Pay disparages have been addressed.

Cons

IT has lost vision/direction/skills. The new CTO may help, previous buzzword happy CTO was shown the door, Way too many production outages, almost daily that part of a member (customer) facing system has issues. Current push for managed service provider to handle production support isn't helpful when the employed staff can't get it done correctly. Wasted past 2 years on a digital transformation that gave us miminal progress on what was really needed... stability. It was a greenfield, was a target state, was a bunch of APIs wrapping APIs. New CTO has a lot of work.

Pros

Good benefits and compensation to attract new hires

Cons

Lacking in core business policies, processes, and standard operating procedures, which are indicators of an immature organization where chaos is part of the cultural behaviors of norm and management changes are rampant
