Pros

Coworkers are fantastic people Yearly bonus- performance based Great benefits Remote work Internal opportunities Paid time off to volunteer ERG Groups Non scripted role

Cons

Low pay, small raises <$1, only get a raise once a year if in same position even with outstanding performance Frontline employees' ideas are rarely implemented in regards to how BECU can improve, which is discouraging given we are the first line of defensive and hear directly from members on a day to day basis No compensation for working in multiple skilled departments within the contact center

Pros

Their people and the good ones are leaving so that won’t be around much longer. Benefits are also decent (health, interest rate reduction on loans.)

Cons

Culture is gone. They navigated the pandemic poorly, remote work in the Contact Center is more butts in seats than qualified individuals. The members can tell and hear that the training program for the contact center is lacking at best. Wait times are driven by archaic systems, IT is weeks behind installing essential programs for front line.
