Getting contracts can be a pain, but it is still easier than going out and getting them on your own

Pros

The culture at Belay is very supportive to WFH moms and they have always encouraged me to lean into my strengths.

Cons

The top pay for VA's is $22 an hour which I feel is respectable, but there could be a bigger sliding scale for those with more experience.

Amazing work environment, great people and friends. Love working from home, and getting to work with great clients!

Cons

Honestly, I don't really have any. Pay scale might be lower than market, but the work environment more than makes up for it!
