      Active job board with opportunities; great support system; learning and growth opportunities

      Cons

      You get paid less than you could make on your own because they take a big chunk of what clients pay.

      Pros

      BELAY's leaders are humble, transparent, encouraging, and know how to utilize the right tools and words to keep their employees challenged to learn more and be better. They strive to create an environment that is fun, supportive, and again, a balance of pushing forward to grow and not be complacent with processes that don't work. It is encouraged to be the contrarian and it's not just a phrase thrown around. They really take opposing views into consideration and use it to make improvements and shine a light on ways to change.

      Cons

      Remote work is awesome, but you do occasionally miss the in-person interaction, it makes our meetings that much more exciting and effective.

      Not what it used to be, unfortunately .

      There used to be a lot of pros, now not at all

      Cons

      They don't care if you win or fail. Its all about the money. They are not helpful for simple things they could easily take care of. They claim to be servant based, but that has proven to be very far from the truth. Their "core values" are nonexistent.
