Our new CEO, Tricia has been with the business since Day 1 and has worked in every department in the business. She is passionate about our people, our clients and our contractors and it shows in everything she does! Best company ever!

-The culture at BELAY is something I have never experienced before, everyone is supportive and trusting of each other. This starts with the leadership team and works its way throughout the entire organization. -Work hard, play hard is a real thing here. There is nothing like putting your work in and getting to walk out of your home office to your family. -We have the best team! Everyone is wonderful, caring, kind, smart, and willing to help. -BELAY is growing fast and the room for opportunity is present. -You get to work from wherever! -Family and self-care are also focused on at BELAY. It is not just about the work done 8-5.

Working with BELAY has been such a blessing for many reasons. Being able to serve others (doing what I love) and call it "work" is very rewarding. Everyone on our corporate team is so caring, thoughtful and willing to help you at a moment's notice. My favorite part of my job is working with our contractors and helping them grow in their careers while also being available for their families. There is nothing like it! BELAY has been a huge blessing to my family as well. I've had the opportunity to spend lots of time with my son from attending school functions to our before and after school moments that I would have missed otherwise. I've been here for him from the day he started kindergarten and now he is in middle school. I never miss a moment and cherishing every one of them. BELAY is all about serving and helping their clients, contractors, and employees and when you get to live your life this way, there is nothing more joyful than that!

Cons

When working remotely it can be a balancing act between shutting the "office door" and keeping it always open. It is important to stay intentional with finding your balance.
