      Pros

      It was great opportunity to be remote.

      Cons

      “Remote” does not mean work from anywhere to these people. They constantly monitor your location and micromanage. They will always take the clients side, even when they are wrong (ie. Blatantly lying to avoid paying for a month of service)

      Pros

      You will get advice from those in roles above you that will last a lifetime. The company has so many resources to grow you in your field. There is also a great community of employees that can help you foster growth in your career that is made readily available to you. You can also set your own hours, as this is a contract position, BELAY just provides you a company to do all the hard stuff for you.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great starting off, but you can work your way up quickly.
