Our website states that we offer contracted positions and this is reiterated throughout our application, interview process, and onboarding process. 1099 Contracts are a great way to work from home and provide the flexibility that so many of us are looking for in our daily lives. But like any 1099 Contract, we are very upfront that there are no health benefits, PTO, or paid leave. Additionally, our teams are dedicated to making intentional placements based on experience, skillset, and personality.
