At the beginning of our application and in the job description we state that this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, therefore hours are not a guarantee and there are no benefits. While this works for many, we understand that it is not always the best option for others. Additionally, we are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with our process, as we believe our process is what sets us apart in the industry. Our matchmaking is intentional and purposeful to ensure that the client and contractor are compatible in both skillset and personality. We greatly value professional and personal development for our employees, which can be seen in practices that have been implemented such as bi-weekly 1-1's with managers, weekly staffing meetings with dedicated times for training and updates, quarterly in-person company meetings with a set time for development seminars and applicable exercises, adding software for ongoing, real-time training and development and a highly encouraged hour-a-week for self-owned development. While we have put various aspects into play, it is also up to each employee to engage and buy into the processes.
