      Extremely helpful, kind, and hard-working management team. Everyone is SO nice.

      Cons

      No cons except for no benefits, but this is part of the business model and absolutely expected with a contractor position.

      Great stay at home opportunity

      Pros

      Love working from home, supportive co-workers, ability to bounce ideas off other bookkeepers due to monthly meetings.

      Cons

      Not as much freedom to work as you normally would due to oversight from Belay staff, but this also gives a level of comfort because you have someone to step in if a problem arises.
