Amazing company culture, excellent benefits (like seriously, better benefits than I have ever heard of), management is very connected and transparent, leadership team is incredible, coworkers are incredible, amazing work-life balance

Amazing culture, employee appreciation, no commute, purposeful mission, fun perks and benefits, amazingly smart coworkers and leadership

Cons

only con, which is not really bad, is it takes a little longer to recognize everyone since we all aren't in person or on Zoom meetings at the same time often.

Pros

You get to work alongside talented, professional people everyday who know how to work hard and have fun at the same time. The services BELAY provides really do make a difference in people's lives. We hear the many stories of success from the people themselves through emails, meetings and hand written notes. Being able to work remotely is also a game changer for people that are self motivated and crave the flexibility of not being in an office everyday.

Cons

If you do not like working within a highly collaborative environment, then it would be hard to work at BELAY.
