The management is bad at every level. They try to take as much money as possible from every desks for themselves and have no morals whatsoever. It is hands down the worst broker firm I have ever worked for. When you try to change and make things better, you're been told to go back to your desk, make money and keep quiet. I would not recommend anyone to work for these guys. If you make money they keep the money for them and don't give you bonus, if you don't make money they cut your salary and sometimes fire you violently. You only get bonus if you cut some dirty deals with the managers. Many lawsuits have been filed against BGC and most times the employees have won.

Slow to give any raises, and the training is very poor. You better ask questions because they won't tell you otherwise.
