Pros

good management support, competitive work environment, excellent trading tools and competitive salary

Cons

no cons that I can think of, you get out of it what you put in and are willing to sacrifice hours at home for good work, you get rewarded accordingly

Pros

This place hires relatively young people and relatively old away from larger firms who want a big pay bump for middle or back office jobs. It will also take a chance on the laid-off. So great if you need a jump in pay or just a job. For like two years.

Cons

After two years you realize that for you and EVERYONE ELSE in the back or middle office, you first year total comp is basically your total comp forever. They NEVER give raises or big bonuses to ANYONE who is not a revenue generator no matter how hard or little you work. So you end up with 3 kinds of people who have worked here 2+ years: those who quite and find a new job, those who work JUST hard enough to NOT get fired, and the bitter ones. There are no other types here.
