If you know who to please and be a yes man to, you will succeed.

Cons

Tech Management harbors nepotism and does not wish to make tough calls to ensure better work environment. Talks a lot about changing but does not have the guts to. You will work very hard for nothing. If you are good at something then everything will be given to you. There is no work life balance. I ended up working 12+ hours daily without overtime nor a thank you.
