Be prepared to work with people who 1) don’t know what a script is, seriously. 2) spend most of their day asking for help while playing cellphone 3) care more about what’s their manager’s favorite coffee than how to deliver 4) don’t share information because of job security 5) don’t let you speak so that your ideas/work could be their credits 6) don’t pay you because they don’t make money and extremely poor stock performance 7) don’t value talents because there is none and they cannot recognize.

Poor healthcare insurance. Full of micro managers who keeps an eye on your desktop while you work. Bearish management style creates insecurity and untrustworthy environment. Poor software management process, expect to work long hours and “I want” instructions from managers to release code changes almost every week. Not a good place if you are looking for work life balance, working from home is highly discouraged and talked about in meetings. Poor bonus policies.
