Working for BG is so fulfilling, providing people with jobs in the multifamily industry and opening the door for career possibilities is fantastic. The most wonderful feeling is to hear that someone got their start in the industry because you helped them land a position.

Cons

You will work 7am - Midnight Monday through Monday. The phone will ring, and you will answer. It is your livelihood on the line. If you're not "in the green", get ready to feel pressure like you've never felt before.

More cake than you could want, every birthday gets cake. Beer and wine after 4.

Cons

The expectation to be positive is like a steam roller and you will be targeted if you raise questions.

-VERY flexible -very understanding people -little to no mental work

Cons

-The work is easy but VERY boring. You're basically doing house chores for 8 hours outside. You'll be prone to distractions -Solely physical work. You'll be tired and probably stinky when you get off. -Property Managers and/or leads can be difficult to cooperate with. -Slight miscommunication
