The pace is fast, and hard work is expected, but it doesn’t go unnoticed. High performance is recognized and rewarded, with clear opportunities to grow whether you want to thrive as an individual contributor or take on a leadership role. Compensation is competitive across the board for both production and non-production roles. For those in production, commission structures are strong and designed to reward results. Even with minimal prior experience, high performers have the potential to earn high six-figure income while working remotely and not having to generate leads or cold call. The company stresses wellness, and in addition to multiple benefits and resources, it extends 1 free PTO day a month and 12 additional PTO days a year, which is already on top of an aggressive PTO schedule. Lastly, the company has navigated various cycles where the worst cycle led to employee reduction. Since then, the company has rebounded extremely well. I value this because it shows the company understands the financial sector and can navigate good and bad times. For me, that matters. I want to invest my time and energy in a company built for the long haul.
