Pros

Good benefits. Flexible work. Wellbeing Day off, but that can vary.

Cons

There is a profound disconnect between the company’s public facing image and its daily internal operations. Echoing sentiments from other professionals on this platform regarding high attrition, the environment suffers from severe structural dysfunction that extends well beyond the sales departments. The onboarding process involved a substantial change to role terms and a clear misalignment regarding responsibilities, and schedule expectations. Rather than utilizing specialized skill sets to drive efficiency, direct management style relies heavily on rigid gatekeeping, hyper-restrictive oversight, manufactured urgency, moving goal-posts, and a distinct lack of role transparency. Attempts to address these operational gaps professionally are met with pushback rather than constructive conflict resolution and a lack of leadership support. The organizational hierarchy reflects significant titles that do not align with standard industry competencies, leading to an unsustainable environment for highly qualified professionals.

Pros

The remote enviorment is priceless and I got experience needed to go to a better company.

Cons

There is an issue with losing top talent on the company due to harmful practices, but they face retaliation when then speak up. As a member of PD(HR), I would expect the company to work to minimize turnover, legal liabilities, and EEOC concerns but instead we are leaving fake company reviews with passive agressive statements directed toward former employees who has a bad experience. We lost a top producing members of an undisclosed teams to valid concerns, but if I try to fix them, I will potentially lose my job. Instead we must feverishly report reviews that aren't glowingly positive, to give the misconception to new candidates that we are not a unsavory workplace when in fact this team has only gotten worse with earch merger and acquisition. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We want to clarify that our official HR/PD team communicates and handles all internal matters strictly through verified company systems, not through anonymous public forums. Because this platform allows reviews to be posted without internal corporate verification, this account does not represent our active HR personnel. If you are a current team member experiencing workplace concerns, please utilize our official internal channels or reach out directly to peoplerelations@bhg-inc.com so we can properly assist you.

Pros

being able to work from home.

Cons

This was one of the most exhausting and frustrating work environments I’ve ever experienced. Management constantly nitpicked every little thing while completely ignoring the fact that employees were severely overworked and understaffed. I was doing the work of multiple people, repeatedly expressed concerns about burnout, and begged for additional help, but nothing ever changed. Instead, overtime became the expectation almost every single day. Despite taking on an overwhelming workload and keeping the department running, I was denied a raise and made to feel like I was always doing something wrong. The micromanagement was unbearable, communication from leadership was passive aggressive, and it often felt like management had no real understanding of what was actually happening in the department. Employees did not feel valued or cared for at all. Even basic requests for time off were regularly denied. Overall, the environment was draining, unsupportive, and completely unsustainable.

This review does not accurately reflect the reality of the situation or our workplace standards. There appear to be several inconsistencies regarding the role referenced, particularly as there have been no recent departures from that specific department. As a result, a number of the claims made do not align with our documented records. We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and providing the highest level of service to our clients and team alike.
