Pros

-Great training and onboarding processes. -Positive and encouraging team environment. -They provide constant communication and updates on performance so that you can set clear expectations and objectives for yourself. -From day one it has been clear that they desire the best for you as a person and an employee.

Cons

-Training can require a lot of hours in teams based video calls where you are taking in quite a bit of information (not necessarily a bad thing, but something to be prepared for. Make sure to have a notepad or word doc open on the side so that you are prepared to take notes that you can look back on later).
