Pros

Depending on the role, the salary can be above average. Some good benefits, including one friday off a month.

Cons

1. Ownership/ Executive leadership are either part of the Crawford family or don't want to upset the family. 2. HR is afraid of ownership and depending on who you report to, will not be able or willing to assist you. 3. Unrealistic expectations are very clear from within the first 90 days. Especially after your first quarterly all company

Here at BHG Financial, we want to hear from every member of the team and always welcome feedback, however, we disagree with your review. We are proud of our Executive Leadership Team, which is comprised of over 25 individuals who on average have been with BHG Financial for more than 13 years. With that said, BHG also has multiple resources in place within the People Development Department to help employees stay on track and ultimately succeed with us. This includes special training and learning opportunities, as well as avenues to properly submit feedback and share any concerns. We are truly a team of runners, and we certainly understand that the high expectations are not for everyone. We're saddened we weren't the right fit but wish you all the best.

Pros

A lot of autonomy, you are not micromanaged if you are performing, you are trusted to do the job. Work from home. Pay is very competitive. You will build a ton of skill in phone sales. Managers and leadership are all very skilled and will help you.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but because this is required field. The more you want to earn the harder you will work. If you want to earn at the top levels you will work very hard.

Over 5 years with BHG Financial — Congratulations! Our culture is certainly unique in the fintech space, encouraging every member of the team to run with the runners while providing a multitude of opportunities for growing, learning, and advancement. The work at hand can be challenging but we pride ourselves on our ability to work together as one team, recognizing and rewarding the hard work that goes into the role. We can't thank you enough for taking the time to review BHG and for providing your valuable insight.

Pros

Great compensation model Generous benefits Remote positions available

Cons

As the title says, you get out of BHG what you put into it; if you work hard you are rewarded however if you are someone who is comfortable with medium to low effort, this isn't the place for you. There are too many talented people both new and tenured who will run circles around mediocrity.

We loved reading your honest review of BHG Financial! It’s a team effort and it’s great to see such PMA! As a leader in the fintech space, we are constantly embracing change and innovation at every turn which does mean that every employee has to be flexible and ready to row with the rest of the team. However, as you mentioned, we recognize the runners who are willing to put in the extra effort and in turn, we proudly provide generous compensation packages, perks, and benefits. We truly understand the hard work that goes into every sale and it's for this very reason that we emphasize the importance of employee health and wellness. We're absolutely delighted you're enjoying BHG's unique culture, and we can't thank you enough for your dedication.
