- makes you a worse engineer - only cares about how quickly it can get systems implemented - nepotism

- Belonging to an active community always progressing. - Continuous involvement of the employees through a wide variety of activities (Sports, reading, meditation, technology, celebrations ...) - Products that are already working as expected get upgraded anyways, to apply new technologies
