Pros
For myself, one of the most important things in any job is career opportunity in addition to opportunity for personal growth. At BHG, the only thing that limits you is yourself, it's a very small company so everything you do is recognized, good or bad. Not only have I experienced an tremendous amount of growth, but I've witnessed others around me take huge steps in their own development. As a developer, it's been amazing to work with the company from it's "technical infancy." We've been able to leverage cutting edge technology, and get our hands dirty with every aspect of technology with a small team trying to push the company forward. This has probably been the largest contributor to my own personal growth, and there is still a ton of room for improvement, and work to be done. In addition to the opportunities for growth, there's a lot of fun to be had as well. Whether it be team-outings to Dave & Busters, annual Dolphins tailgates, or the holiday parties, there are numerous opportunities to detach from the work, and really form bonds with your co-workers. If you get things done, it's a very relaxed, fun environment as well. Overall, great, flexible, and fun place to work.
Cons
Not really a con, but you have to ensure you stay focused, it's a relaxed fun atmosphere, but you have to remain professional and get your job done.
