Provides you with good tools. Filled with good honest people. Benefits were solid.

Cons

Aggressive "sales pitch" environment is pushed on people who don't do sales at all. Cubicles are not a great environment for a programmer who is trying to focus. CEO is super Republican and talks about it all the time.
