Reasonable benefits, company store, OK cafeteria.

Cons

Really tightly controlled by family. Run more on what interests them, or who they like than on what makes sense from a business perspective. Lots of rules - silly ones - like what size pictures and how many you can have on your desk. Appearance over substance.

Pros

Low key atmoshpere. Politics is low comparied to other companies I worked for partly because it is a family business. Well run, the current CEO is pretty sharp and treats people well. Started pulling back on work from home but still allowing a hybrid work environment which is not too bad.

Cons

Low pay for the levels but probably ok locally. Tend to hire from outside for higher positions instead of promoting from within. Used to be a more family oriented culture. Trying to be a big company now and losing some of the positive aspects of the cultrue
